The star trend this season, in terms of footwear, is boots. Why? For the versatility they bring to any look. There are different types, sizes and colors. And they become a must-have in the closet when autumn starts, and this year with more strength than ever before

From a simple denim to the most complicated dresses to wear, they fall in love with this footwear. That is why we bring you a selection of the most trendy boots for this season.

The thigh high boots – kilometers – and with a wrinkled effect that Balmain advanced us on the fall/winter 2020 catwalk. Combine with maxi coats, tube skirts, sweaters or pants. The most recurrent shades are camel, black or brown.

Isabel Marant opted for the white tones for the boots of the season that begins this Fall. Also seen, in storefronts and in runays of brands such as Philosophy, the high equestrian style boots with high top and flat sole, a timeless hit. Or for those who dare with the 70s style

Combat boots are another bet that is repeated for the second consecutive year. Of medium-cane, with or without laces, of very diverse fabrics – although the skin effect is the predominant one – and rather neutral colors. A great hit for everyday looks or for punk-like style in evening outfits. Dr. Martens is the flag brand of this type of boot, although great firms like Valentino also have their own version.

Cowboy style boots are another of those trends that repeat the limelight. Other shoes that have been worn for several seasons as the real stars are undoubtedly cowboy boots (and ankle boots). Both high to the knee and low above the ankle and in different colors or prints, cowboy boots will be one of the quintessential shoes this season.

A surprising appearance has been the Chunky glossy rain boots. Bottega Venetta, Prada or MiuMiu have echoed the arrival of a shoe with a tough aesthetic with chunky sole, for some difficult to enter through the eyes, but surprisingly comfortable and useful for those days when the sidewalks are full of puddles. In addition, there are them with a more subtle design as is the case of those that have taken out Zara or Mango.

Finally, the Chelsea boots, medium cane version, have flooded Instagram and some influencers like Chiara Ferragni have not been able to resist uploading a post with them on. A must in the closet that can be combined with 90’s pants, midi dresses or skirts with side opening. The predominant colors in these shoes are black and burgundy

Boots are an indispensable classic every year, reinventing and adapting every season. Multifaceted and elegant will be your best friends during the colder months, although we have already seen that in the half-time closets there are those who have also made a hole for them. The brands already warned us in January: they are our amulet of the season.
