Haute Couture Fashion Week for this fall-winter 2020/2021 has started, for the first time in history, in digital format as a consequence of the changes in the industry derived from the Covid-19 pandemic. From July 6 to 8 we will be able to enjoy the most sophisticated collections and appreciate how designers have reinvented themselves to adapt to this new situation. Dior, Azzaro, Schiaparelli, Giambattista Valli or Chanel will present their best designs in this new digital era.

Today we bring you the proposal of the designer Giambattista Valli, who for this fall-winter 2020/2021 season has been inspired by the “City of Light” and the classic Parisian ateliers.

“An ode to Paris and everything that Haute Couture represents,” said the designer.

Giambattista Valli has created 18 designs with her unique stamp, in which the cascading tulle dresses stand out, where the ties are the protagonists, mini-dresses, maxi-hats, etc., and with a marked color range that includes white, red, pale pink and black.

A true waste of fantasy, exuberance, craftsmanship and luxury, whose collection has had the Puerto Rican model Joan Smalls as its muse.
